ok so you kinda have 2 (or half 2 lol idfk) options
1: it's not free so buy it legitimately (not recommended), but i heard that adobe decided it was good idea to no longer let recent users get/buy the older version (like cs4 and others) of it and instead force them to use adobe animate instead or something like that so uhh idfk
2: PIRATE IT, i heard that pirated adobe products works better apparently (i'm not encouraging this i swear)
